Welcome to Centre NezSens, located in the pedestrian medieval village of Tourrette-Levens, 12 km from Nice. This guide will help you enjoy a serene, immersive, and enchanting experience from your arrival.
Essential Practical Information
Check-in
Between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Please let me know your arrival time – if not already done.
Check-out
By 12:00 PM. Late check-out option available for 10€.
Parking
Free public parking at the village entrance. The center is in the pedestrian medieval area.
Pedestrian Access
5-minute walk through the historic listed district, entirely pedestrian.
Access to the Village and NezSens Center
The NezSens Center is located in the Provencal perched medieval village of Tourrette-Levens, entirely pedestrian in its historic part. Your arrival involves two steps: park at Sainte-Catherine → 5-minute walk.
Parking
Several free parking lots are available near the town center:
- Château Parking
- Sainte Catherine Parking and a bit further,
- Sainte Rosalie Parking
- Associations Parking
Pedestrian Access
Once parked, go up the main street to the pedestrian zone. Then follow the castle uphill path, until the first museum; the house is located in the listed “Bâtiments de France” district of the Chapelle des Pénitents.

Here is useful information to fully enjoy the place:
Breakfast
Self-service until 11:30 AM. Teas and coffees, organic milks, butter, jam, honey and organic chocolate/hazelnut spread, fruit juices.
Kitchen
On request: the equipped kitchen is not part of the guest house offer.

The NezSens Center is a medieval, pedestrian, and peaceful space. These rules help preserve everyone’s comfort and the quiet of this listed neighborhood.
Quiet & Respect
Please respect silence after 10 PM. The village is inhabited year-round.
Pets
Pets are welcome, especially if well-behaved and respectful.
Smoking
Prohibited inside the house. Smoking or vaping allowed only outside: at the entrance or on the balcony.
Cleanliness
Please keep the spaces tidy (clean and neat) even though end-of-stay cleaning is included.
Parties
Parties are not allowed (listed neighborhood, close neighbors).

Departure
🧡 Here are the steps for a smooth departure:
- Depart by 12:00 PM (unless late check-out option).
- Leave keys on the welcome room table.
- Turn off lights and fans/heaters.
- Close windows.
- Trash: I’ll take care of it, no need to take it down.
